Some companies need senior marketing leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. That's where I come in as a fractional CMO who can set strategy, build the function, and mentor the team without the overhead of a permanent executive.

I also mentor marketers, especially those transitioning into strategy or operations. This part of my work is about helping my mentees develop their own judgment instead of just following someone else's playbook.
