What I Love

The things that light me up, make me curious, and fuel my passion for life.

Asking Questions

I'm endlessly curious about why things work the way they do and why they don't. Questions are how I learn, how I connect, and how I make sense of complexity. The best conversations start with "What if?" or "Why not?"

This shows up everywhere: in how I approach marketing strategy, in how I travel, in how I build relationships.

Curiosity-Driven Learning

Give me a rabbit hole and I'll disappear for hours. Whether it's behavioral psychology, design systems, gardening, or how sourdough actually works, I'm always open to learning something new. I like following what fascinates me and trusting that it'll connect to something meaningful later. And if it doesn't, that's okay too

"The most interesting people are the ones who stay curious about everything."

Travel & Cultural Exploration

I travel to see how other people live, think, and solve problems... to understand a different way of being in the world.

Every place I've been to has taught me something... about resilience, beauty, systems, humans, culture, relationships. And every return home gives me new eyes for what I thought I already knew.

Storytelling & Writing

I believe stories are how we make sense of experience and connect with each other. Whether it's a marketing campaign, a personal essay, a stream of consciousness IG carousel, or a conversation over coffee, good storytelling makes people feel seen.

Writing is my way of thinking out loud, processing what I'm learning, and sharing what matters. It's how I clarify my own thoughts and invite others into the journey.

Risk as Growth

The best things I've done scared me first. Quiting my job to travel fulltime, moving to a new country/continent, pivoting careers, saying yes to opportunities I wasn't "ready" for... risk is where I grow. I'd rather try and learn than play it safe and wonder.

Art & Design

Good design makes me feel something. It's an indicator that someone thought deeply about the experience they wanted to create. I'm not a trained designer, but I respect the hell out of the discipline. And I bring that sensibility to everything I make.

Making People Feel Seen

This might be the thread that connects everything. I love helping people feel seen and understood, whether that's through a well-timed question, a piece of writing that captures what they couldn't articulate, or just showing up and listening.

"I feel seen," is the best compliment I've ever received.
